Mia Blaisdel
Founder, Experience Producer, and Workshop Facilitator
With over twenty years of acting experience and a BA in Theatre from UCSD, Mia leverages her extensive training in Nonviolent Communication, authentic relating, Tantra, and conscious dance to craft immersive experiences focused on self-discovery and authentic connections. Her holistic approach emphasizes clear communication, consent, and mutual respect, creating a nurturing environment where participants can explore personal boundaries, express themselves freely, and engage deeply with others. By integrating experiential learning and playful exploration, Mia's workshops provide a unique journey that supports personal growth and cultivates a strong sense of community.
